Welcome to Santorini’s
Utah’s award-winning fast-casual Mediterranean kitchen where fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and community come together.
Founded in 2018, Santorini’s started as a simple idea: bring authentic Mediterranean food to life in a way that’s fast, flavorful, and full of heart. What began as a single location has grown into a multi-location brand, including partnerships at the Delta Center and America First Field—but no matter how much we grow, our mission stays the same: Serve great food. Treat people right. Give back to the community.
OUR FOOD
At Santorini’s, every meal is made fresh—from our hand-cut lemon chicken and house-made sauces to our warm pita bread and signature bowls. We believe that healthy food should never be boring, and that eating well should feel like a treat, not a chore.
We offer something for everyone—whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or just hungry for bold Mediterranean flavors.
Our People
We call our staff “team members” because that’s what they are—part of a family. We’re proud to be a steppingstone for so many hardworking individuals who come through our doors.
We invest in people, not just positions, and believe in helping every team member grow personally and professionally.
our purpose
Giving back is in our DNA. From supporting first responders, educators, military families, and healthcare professionals, to sponsoring local schools and non-profits—we believe in using our success to lift others up.
We don’t spend a lot on traditional advertising. Instead, we put that energy into random acts of kindness, surprise giveaways, and showing up where it matters most.
In 2025, Santorini’s was proud to receive Utah’s Tourism Advocate of the Year award—a reflection of our ongoing efforts to serve not just food, but our community.
